Our sauce has a sweet, rich flavor and velvety-smooth texture. We find balance between sweet and savory with a pinch of Sel Gris (grey sea salt). Try on fresh fruit, cheese or in coffee! Serve warm or at room temperature.

At Borthwick Kitchen we use ONLY all natural ingredients. Our dairy products come from cows that have not been treated with the synthetic rBST hormone.
